To je Kurtis Frank(Examine.com) objavil pred kratkim. Avtor članka je Aragon HCL :)

Summary:
- Protein Intake: Take ~0.5g/kg of LBM before and after

- Protein Timing: Provided your workout is ~45-90 minutes, gap time between pre and post should be ~3-4 hours. If you have protein with large meals, that gap can increase to 5-6 hours

- Carb Timing: Your carb goal should be based on a 24 hour period, not timing
