"mučen" deload je mimo, makroti so bili standardni edino maščobe sem imel konstantno na 70g - se pravi on day, upper 195 380 70, lower 195 400 70, off 185 230 70. Danes imel novo najnižno težo, pod 75kg - 74.9kg
Tukaj so še plani treningov:

Danes začetek četrtega cikla, OH višam za 10g na dan, danes treniral OHP 5+, damn... je dobr občutek spet delati z večjo težo
