Danes treniral počep, na sporedu je bilo Squat 5+. Seveda sem rekel da bom danes probal delati še BoxSquate a sem kaj kmalu ugotovil da me je 5+ serija čisto ubila-spet

anyway nalagal sem do "maxa" vmes imel še neke probleme pri 120kg

140 je bilo pa tudi že "preveč" in sem rekel da bo dosti počepanja

Hrana; nič novega "stare" dobre jedi, makroti 195gB 330gOH 80gM, jutri pa OHP 3+
