Nimam pojma :), jaz sem vzela navadne (lahko ti napišem za te) ;). Drugače pa niso v redni ponudbi ;).

... sedaj pa da malo posodobim svoj dnevnik :mrgreen:
V torek na BP 5+ se je nadeljevala moja "švohost" :lol: naredil 5 ponovitev pa še zadnja ni bila ravno pohvale vredna...

Včeraj je bil na sporedu DL 5+, že boljši trening... res pa, da sem treniral zjutraj. Pri FSQ me je razjezilo to, da je tako malo manjkalo do 2x100, da sem se potem izživljal na rack pullsih :lol: ... danes se jokam, če je treba kako stvar pobrati s tal :mrgreen:

Hm nisem dobro zastavila vprašanja...
Gres in pico skuhaš/spečeš zjutraj in si ju razdeliš na 3/4 obroke v dnevu?

Trening dan: Pre-Workout mix kosmičev in instant kave, PWO meal 90% "pizza" si jo naredim, ko pridem iz treninga in šopinga. Za večerjo pa skuham gres po kosilu, da se do večera lepo strdi in ohladi.

OFF day: ker so off dnevi 99% časa, ko imam šolo; Zjutraj ob 5:45ih zajtrk, malica v šoli, katero si pripravim doma, ko pridem domov si nekaj pripravim ter potem še večerja.

ON: 195gB 410gOH 70gM = 3050kcal
OFF: 185gB 250gOH 80gM = 2460kcal
