Peanut Butter Protein Cheesecake Mousse

2 tbs Peanut flour (or 1 tablespoon peanut butter, which would add about 60 calories)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
2-4 pkts sweetener
1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese (or plain low-fat Greek yogurt)
For the Crust: 1 graham cracker square, crushed fine (This is optional)

To make the peanut butter cheesecake mousse, place everything in a food processor and blend/mix for about 2-3 minutes, or until cottage cheese reaches an airy-mousse like consistency. (If you are using Greek yogurt, use a hand held electric mixer, and mix on high speed for about 2 minutes to whip the yogurt to an airy mousse like consistency.)

To assemble the mousse with a ‘pie crust’, place crushed graham cracker in a small serving glass, and pour cheesecake mousse on top. Serve immediately, or cover and chill in the fridge!

Sweet Dark Chocolate Layered Clementine Lava Cakes topped with clementines and layers of vanilla orange zest frosting

One scoop of PP(I used choc PB)
2TB of canned or pureed pumpkin
6 TB of egg beaters( equiv to 2 eggs) or can use 6Tb of egg whites--I think beaters make creamier
2TB of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1TB of pb2
dash of vanilla
4 packs of splenda
set oven at 375 and bake for 15 minutes ONLY
it will seem like it isnt done on top
but it will continue to cook a tad
it makes a lava cake consistency

BETTER THAN NUTELLA

Gluten-Free Recipe:

2 cups raw hazelnuts (240g)
1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp xylitol, or agave, or sugar, or maple syrup
1 packet nunaturals stevia, or 1 tbsp more agave or sugar
1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt
optional: 2 tsp oil (for extra smoothness, but it’s still very smooth if you leave out the oil)
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used Almond Breeze)

Roast hazelnuts for 10-14 minutes at 400 F. Rub them together in a paper towel to get the skins off. (It’s ok if a few stubborn skins won’t come off.) In a Vita-mix or food processor, blend the nuts until they’ve turned to butter, then add all other ingredients and blend a long time until it’s smooth like Nutella! (I think I blended off-and-on for a full two minutes. It’s extra-creamy in a Vita-mix, but a Cuisinart food processor works as well.)

This recipe yields around 2 cups.
Per 15 g serving:
57 calories (regular Nutella has 100)
4.5 g fat
2.5 g sugar (regular Nutella has 10 grams!)
4 g carbohydrates

This nutritional info DOES include the sugar/agave AND the optional oil. If you sub stevia or xylitol for the sugar, the amount of calories (and obviously the sugar) will be lower.

A ma kdo kakšen preprost in okusen recept s skuto (brez whey-a) pa da niso skutine palačinke? :)

Jaz sem lih zdej za večerjo pojedel pšenični zdrob kuhan na vodi, povrhu zdroba 250g skute, povrhu skute pa še 260g kakijev(sadje). Fina večerjica :D

Skuta + mleko + cimet + sladilo (whey/natren v tekoči obliki) + kosmiči = zmaga :D
