Mah... tržaška omaka je žalostna če ni dovolj olja... tako da, če se spravljaš delati dobro omako si prišparaj nekaj M in jih izkoristi zanjo. Drugače pa nobene umetnosti tako kot je Alex napisal; VELIKO olja, česna in petršilja malo soli ter dolgo "tenstati" na manjši temperaturi (15min~).
