Včeraj bili v MB, brez kakršnih koli pripomb, fenomenalna družba, super organizacija in seveda odlični nastopi NMZjevcev!
Proti koncu eventa sem imel nek beden-zmatran občutek v nogah - danes na sporedu DL 5+ a očitno mi je tisti Evin muffin in nekaj kosov pice na pogostitvi dobro naredilo in sem se danes zjutraj odpravil trenirat :D plan treninga:

Po treningu sem si spet naredil krompirjevo pizzo - res sem obseden z njo :mrgreen: popoldan za malico sem se pa igral z želatino:

Današnji makroti 195gB 330gOH 80gM. Jutri pa BP 5+ 8-)

Ah... nič posebnega, whey zmešan z mlekom dodana želatina v prahu (fix) ko se je strdilo sem povrhu premazal z marmelado, dodal sladko smetano in še povrhu prelil z marmelado :)

Ne ne... je razlika ali nekomu nočeš kuhati ali pa nobenemu nimaš priložnosti kaj dobrega skuhati ;)

Danes BP 5+... itak hud trening kot vedno ko se trenira zjutraj spočit 8-) Plan treninga:

Za PostWorkout itak spet krompirjeva pica :mrgreen: tokrat morsko "obarvana" (losos, kozice, feta, low fat sir, čebula):
