I need to try this

April's Protein Cake: Base recipe:
One scoop of Protein Powder (I used choc PB)
2TB of canned or pureed pumpkin (banana and other subs work as well but pumpkin is incredible!)
6 TB of egg beaters( equiv to 2 eggs) or can use 6Tb of egg whites--I think beaters make creamier or 1 egg
2TB of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1TB of pb2 (if desired peanut butter flavor)
dash of vanilla (or extract of coosing)
4 packs of splenda
(A tablespoon or two of milk if batter is too thick)
set oven at 375 and bake for 15 minutes ONLY (or 45s-1 minute in microwave)
it will seem like it is not done on top
My oven takes 5 minutes to be done for instance while April Simmons Blackford takes 10-15 minutes
also varies with casein vs whey so each oven/microwave takes experimentation but when you nail it GODDAM is it good
