Firstly, please accept my apologies for the difficulties that you have experienced in receiving this order and that the service standards did not meet with your expectations.
You should now have received your order, if this is not the case please contact us again and we will launch a full investigation into it for you.
We have investigated the delay in your order with our warehouse team, who have confirmed that some items on your orders were awaiting a stock replenishment. This process is generally conducted during the daily operational process and has no impact on the dispatch of your order. However, as we have experienced an overwhelming volume of orders being placed, this replenishment was not completed as promptly as normal. We are expecting this to be a short-term issue whilst we resolve such stock discrepancies.
As a customer to Myprotein.com , your comments are both relevant and important to us so I am disappointed that in this instance the service that you received was lacking of our normal extremely high standards.

Sicer nism še dobil ampak vsaj očitno priznajo del svoje krivde tko da upam da bo ane. Res da se zajebavam s pisanjem teh mailov ampak stvari dejansko trenutno ne potrubujem tko da če na koncu dobim bo vse ok. Bodite pa vsi pozorni da ko prejmete paket da vsaj volumensko ustreza naročilu ( če se to da ocenit tako kot v mojem primeru) in ničesar ne podpišite tut če vam kurir reče da bo še kaj kasneje dostavljeno. Naj vam vse naenkrat dostavijo in potem podpis.
